Boys and girls who mark windows of buildings, or who remove or destroy property will be worse off than the little boy whom the goblins got if Marshal Penney catches them. The officer will bring all offenders into police court. No objection will be made to playing of such pranks as will not deface or destroy property or cause physical injury or inconvenience. The officers want all the young folks to have a good time Halloween, but they must not let their youthful enthusiasm carry them too far or the officers will get them.
