U.C. property values climb 27%

The tentative results of property revaluations are in and unsurprisingly, the numbers have gone up almost 30%.

Union County Auditor Andrea Weaver said her office received the tentative 2025 property value abstract from the state last week and the results show an expected jump in values. The aggregate value increase countywide is 27.14%, she said.

“As expected, given the very intense real estate market in Union County, property values have risen countywide,” Weaver said in a message.
