$100M in ODOT projects underway

Drivers may notice a few more orange construction signs going up as Union County is looking at just shy of $100 million in roadway projects now and into the future.

Ohio Department of Transportation representatives gave the county commissioners an update recently, outlining for the board a long list of projects from bridge repairs in the northern part of the county to major upgrades such as the U.S. 33 and Route 161 interchange near Dublin in the south.

“Got a lot of good investments here in Union County,” said Anthony Turowski, deputy director for ODOT’s District 6, adding there are numerous projects in progress, coming up or planned for the future.Read this entire article as it appeared in print in our eEdition
