Tourism group receives America 250 grant money

Union County Tourism will have some extra funds for its upcoming trail project.

In the lead up to America’s 250th anniversary, the group said it received a grant from the America 250-Ohio Commission for its project, “Union County Celebration Trail.”

The America 250 Celebration Trail in Union County is a collaborative initiative between Union County and the Marysville, Plain City, Richwood and Milford Center communities in Union County. In working with the America 250 – Ohio task force, the group is planning opportunities for discovery and celebration that tell the stories of Union County through a digital and gamified trail.
