From Richwood Division of Police reports:

An officer responded to the 100 block of West Ottawa Street at 1:25 p.m., April 13, for a report of a loose dog.

Police were dispatched to the 10 block of South Franklin Street at 9:47 p.m., April 14, for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

At 9:54 a.m., April 15, an officer responded to the 20 block of East Blagrove Street for a parking complaint.

A cell phone was found in the 200 block of West Bomford Street at 4:30 p.m., April 15 and an officer was dispatched.

Trevor Moran, 22, of Marysville, was cited for improper backing after an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 10 block of South Franklin Street at 8:09 p.m., April 15.
