Richwood Civic Center

By Susie Pfarr, Executive Director

Our mystery trip for April is scheduled for Friday, April 25 with a cost of $20. These fill up quickly, so stop in the office to pay for your seat.

Our Boston trip for September is full, however, we are starting a waiting list for a potential second trip. If we get enough people interested and want to go, we will schedule a second trip. Please call the office to get your name on that waiting list.

We are hosting a container gardening class on Wednesday April 16 at 2 p.m. There is no cost, but we do ask you RSVP. Come learn some tips on how to create and maintain a container garden.

Summer is just around the corner, that means the Farmers Market will be opening soon and that also means that the Farmers Market coupons that seniors get from Union County Senior Services will also be available. Someone from senior services will be in our office on a monthly basis on the first Thursday of each month. Feel free to call and make an appointment with them so you can sign up for your coupon card for free Farmers Market items. Have a safe week.
