Two armed robberies

The Marysville Police Department is currently investigating two armed robberies that occurred in Marysville on March 19.

At 8:37 p.m., March 19, police responded to the Village Pantry Marathon at 303 E. Fifth St. for a report of a robbery.

The suspect, described as a black male with a thin build – wearing a black mask, black hooded jacket, black jeans and black shoes – entered the business armed with a black handgun, according to a release from the police department.
