Joanna Mae Wittkopf, 58, of Powell, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign following an injury crash. At 2:15 p.m., March 3, deputies and units from the Northwestern Joint Fire District and the Northern Union County Joint Fire and EMS District responded to the crash site near Route 4 and Route 347 involving a 2018 Audi SQ5 that struck a 2017 Ford Fiesta. A crash report was taken.

A deputy investigated a dispute between a male and female at a home in the 31000 block of Route 31 at 2:19 p.m., March 3. No report was taken.

A deputy on patrol in the 31000 block of Route 31 stopped to check on two teens found walking after curfew at 2:31 a.m., March 4. The teens were returned to their homes and their parents and guardians …
