NUMS hoopsters tally wins against London

North Union Middle School’s eighth-grade basketball teams each posted victories against London.

The girls team won 44-28 as Tinlee Martino scored 24 points and Chloe McElroy added 11 points.

Hayes Miller scored 12 points in leading the boys team to a 53-15 win.

The seventh-grade teams were not as fortunate as they each lost.

The girls team lost 34-21 and the boys lost 59-21.

Nuna Baker had 11 points for the Lady Cats and Luke Mask netted 13 points for the boys squad.
