An officer responded to the 200 block of Grove Street at 4:13 p.m., Jan. 19, for a report of a subject going through a mental health crisis.

Police responded to the 200 block of Grove Street at 6:13 p.m., Jan. 20, for a parking complaint.

An officer responded to South Franklin Street at 9:37 p.m., Jan. 20, to assist a motorist with a disabled vehicle.

At 10:36 p.m., Jan. 22, an officer responded to the 100 block of East Ottawa Street for a suspicious circumstance.

An officer responded to the 200 block of South Franklin Street at 11:39 a.m., Jan. 23, for a report of a 911 follow-up.
