Police responded to the 20 block of George Street at 10:34 a.m., Dec. 17, for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Betty Kinikin, 72, of Richwood, was issued a citation for improper starting after an officer responded to the 20 block of North Franklin Street at 12:20 p.m., Dec. 19, on a non-injury crash.

Brenae Harris, 32, of Marion, was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead after an officer responded to the 100 block of North Franklin Street at 1:03 p.m., Dec. 19, for a non-injury crash.

An officer responded to the 200 block of North Clinton Street at 2:14 p.m., Dec. 19, on a report of a suspicious circumstance.
