Snowplow artists

Students at North Union Elementary engaged in a “Design a Snowplow” challenge. Classes broke into small groups to come up with a design that would encourage the community to stay safe and be joyful throughout the winter season. Students submitted their designs and winning groups got to lead their class to paint an actual snowplow. This year’s winners included groups from Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Starr’s classes.

Above, the students from Mrs. Anderson’s class, from left, Locklynn Graham, Olivia Wrenchey, Annabelle Raspaldo and Adley Vogelsang, designed the “In Ice Play Nice” snowplow.
