A change in the management of the Fairbanks Steam Shovel company, effective some time ago, was announced today, says the Marion Star. Albert E. Hay, Cleveland, is now president and general manager of the company. Robert Carroll, Bucyrus, is vice president and G. W. Davidson, secretary and treasurer. J. G. Fairbanks, former president and treasurer, has no official connection with the company under the new management, although he has been retained as a director. Other directors include B. G. Wellman, Columbus; R. W. Lenox, Richwood; William Maloney, Marion, and the officers.
