A deputy arrested Jonathan R. Wurtsbaugh, 41, of Richwood, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:54 p.m., Oct. 29. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 29000 block of McMahan Road at 1:56 a.m., Oct. 30, for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken.

A deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Sarah J. Mitchem, 31, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:19 a.m., Oct. 30. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

At 5:41 p.m., Oct. 30, a deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Sandusky Road to investigate the theft of a 2016 Ram 2500 and a 2015 Griffin Dump Trai…
