NU Wildcats conclude 2024 campaign with loss to Indian Lake Lakers, 27-6

North Union concluded its 2024 football season on Friday, losing 27-6 at Indian Lake.

The Wildcats finished the season with an overall mark of 2-8 and 1-4 in the Central Buckeye Conference.

The Lakers finished as the CBC’s Mad River Division champion with a 5-0 league mark and 8-2 overall.

Indian Lake scored twice in the first quarter for a 13-0 lead.

North Union played strong on defense in the second quarter, but could not get the offense going and still trailed 13-0 at the half.

The Lakers took the second- half kickoff and increased the lead to 20-0 with a touchdown pass.
