Marysville woman missing

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a local woman, last seen in September.

The Marysville Police Division is asking for help finding Vendula “Wendy” Rose, 41, of Marysville. Capt. Nate Sachs, of the Marysville Police Division, said the woman, who goes by “Wendy,” is 5’4” and weighs 150lbs, with red hair and blue eyes. He said she lives on the south side of Marysville, but did not give an address.

Sachs said on Sept. 24, Rose left Marysville saying she was going on a vacation to camp and hike near Talladega, Alabama.

He said the woman was set to return home Oct. 2.
