Wildcat runners compete in annual North Union Invitational

North Union sophomore Felix Plouck probably could not have had picked a better time to have his best-ever cross country finish.

Plouck finished third on Saturday in the North Union Invitational with a time of 17 minutes, 50.07 seconds.

“I am really pleased with how I did,” Plouck said. “It was my highest place I have had.”

There was no rain on the day of the meet but it did rain the day before so there were still some treacherous spots on the course.

“It was wet and slippery so you had to slow down a little on the turns,” Plouck said.
