Gabe Payne, 22, of Richwood, was cited for ACDA after Plain City officers responded to a non-injury crash between two vehicles on Route 161 near Route 42, Sept. 20, at 10:34 p.m. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

An officer located a back pack on a park bench at Richwood Park, Sept. 22, at 8 a.m. The owner was located and the item was returned.

At 2:54 p.m., Sept. 22, an officer responded to the 100 block of East Blagrove Street for a civil standby.

At 6:59 p.m., Sept. 22, an officer responded to the 50 block of East Bomford Street for a juvenile complaint.
