By By Bob Putman, Richwood Gazette

The opening week of the football season does not necessarily have a bearing on what the rest of the campaign will be like.

North Union Head Coach Nick Hajjar and his Wildcat players, however, do have some work ahead of them.

North Union hosted Pleasant last Friday and it pretty much all Spartans as they rolled to a 44-0 victory.

NU was held to 31 total yards of offense.

The Wildcats trailed 9-0 after the first quarter.
