NU golf teams benefit from experience

Led by a trio of multi-lettered players, the North Union boys golf team headed into the 2024 season with high expectations.

During the early part of the schedule the Wildcats, who are coached by Ken Brust and Carmen Shields, have started toward reaching those expectations.

They finished fourth in the Fairbanks Invitational and earned victories in their first five dual matches.

Seniors Wyatt Davis and Miles Hall each have earned three letters and junior Jaxon Jolliff is a two-year letterwinner.

Other players expected to see a lot of play are juniors Zach Howald and Reese Spriggs and sophomores Ethan Monroe and Hudsyn Wilson….
