State backs denial of Richwood Solar project

Ohio Power Siting Board staff is recommending the Richwood Solar project be denied, the first response from the state since the application was submitted in January.

The staff recommendation does not guarantee denial of the final certification nor does it mean the board will vote that same way.

The OPSB sent the report to county officials on Monday, a day earlier than the board anticipated.
