Track programs crowned in NUMS Invite

North Union Middle School made a clean sweep of last Thursday’s North Union Middle School Invitational.

The boys team totaled 120 points en route to the title while the Lady Cats counted 159 points for the championship.

Earning first-place finishes for North Union were:

4×800: (Tinlee Martino, Kellyn Ufferman, Chloe McElroy, Samantha Price) 11:00.09 (school record)

Girls 100 hurdles: Zoni Robinson 18.88

Boys 110 hurdles: Zaim Habib 17.96

Boys 4×200: (Luke Brown, Broden O’Reilly, Jack Kemp, Mason Andrews) 1:42.55 (school record)

Girls 400: Samantha Price 1:06.84

Boys 400: Jack Kemp 56.87

Boys 200: Mason Andrews 25.58

Girls 4×400: (Rylee Horne, Addison Kirby, Adalee Hunt, Samantha Price) 4:46.58

Boys 4×400: (Luke Brown, Jack Kemp, Hayze Miller, Zaim Habib) 4:15.86

Girls High Jump: Glory Blevins 4-6

Boys Pole Vault: Collin Welch 8-6

Girls Long Jump: Glory Blevins 16-4 (school record)
