An officer responded to the 100 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Tuesday, April 23

An officer located a suspicious vehicle while on patrol at Richwood Fairground and upon further investigation, nothing out of the ordinary was found.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Grove Street for an animal complaint.

An officer responded to the 200 block of South Franklin Street for a report of a 911 follow up.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Ottawa Street and Loretta Bivens, 75, of Richwood, was issued a citation for failure to yield to the right-of-way.

An officer responded to the Oak Street for a report of a non-injury vehicle crash. Upon arrival and further investigation, Brenda Scheiderer, 62, of Richwood was issued a citation for improper backing.
