Lady Cats take first, boys take third in the 61st annual Elgin Relays

The North Union girls track team earned a firstplace finish last Friday in the 61st Elgin Relays.

The Lady Cats totaled 86 points to defeat second- place Northmor by 12 points.

Combined with 72 points scored by the Wildcats in the boys meet, North Union captured the combined trophy.

North Union placed first in seven events.
