NUMS boys take first, girls take second against Fairbanks

In a meet at Fairbanks last week, North Union finished first in the boys meet and the Lady Cats finished second.

Glory Blevins set a school record in winning long jump with a leap of 16 feet, 3.25 inches while the boys 4×200 team of Jack Kemp, Luke Brown, Broden O’Reilly and Mason Andrews won with a school-record time of 1:43.95.

The Lady Cats won three of the four relay events while boys team had two first-place relay finishes.

Athletes finishing in the top three in individual events were as follows:
