At 3:52 p.m., Feb. 27, a Union County Deputy met with a Franklin County Deputy to take custody of Javier A. Gonzalez Vila, 23, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. The arrestee was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
