Richwood Farmer’s Market changes locations

There will be a few noticeable changes at the Richwood Farmer’s Market this year, including a change of location.

Officials from the Union County Health Department and the Richwood Farmer’s Market told the village council last week that the Farmer’s Market is moving to Richwood Park.

Shauna Chapman, manager of the Richwood Farmer’s Market, said the change will help guide the flow of traffic over to the market.

“With the road closures we were concerned with the flow of traffic coming,” Chapman said. “We’re going to be able to get some of these people that are coming for ballgames or going out kayaking in that area.”
