NU Preschool screening The North Union Local School District will be holding a preschool screening for the 2024-2025 school year. The event will take place on March 29, 20 and 21 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the district office, located at 12920 Route 739, in Essex. Amy Eastman, the Special Education Assistant will be the contact person. Parents can email her at aeastman@nu-district.org or by calling her at 740-943-1601 to make an appointment for the screening. Children must live within the school district. The learning program is for children ages three to five. They will attend full-day sessions and peer spots will be available.
