North Union cagers earn 2023-24 regular season awards for the Central Buckeye Conference

As the postseason starts, several members of North Union’s boys and girls basketball programs earned honors for the Central Buckeye Conference.

NU GIRLS AWARDS North Union senior Aubrey Benedict was named as Player of the Year for the Mad River Division of the Central Buckeye Conference.

Benedict averaged 14.9 points per game during the regular season and recently went over the 1,000-point mark for her career.

Joining Benedict on first team was her teammate Zoe Wedding, a senior guard.

Wedding averaged 8.5 points per game and was third in the league in three-point goals with 45.
