William Howard “Bill” Erwin

 

William Howard “Bill” Erwin, age 77, of Granville, formerly of Marysville, died peacefully at his home on Saturday, January 27, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

As a boy, Bill grew up in the Marysville area. He attended elementary schools in Unionville Center and Broadway and spent three years in high school at Northwestern Local School in Raymond. He was in the first senior class to be consolidated with Marysville High School. While at Northwestern School, he was a representative to Buckeye Boys’ State and also won the state spelling bee contest.

Bill attended The Ohio State University and Capital University. He was a controller at Ohio Distribution Warehouse in Obetz for most of his accounting career. He then wo…
