Wildcats pummel visiting Benjamin Logan in lopsided, high scoring affair, 68-20

At the conclusion of an out-of-the-ordinary week, the North Union boys basketball team can be pleased with what was accomplished.

The Wildcats played a rare Monday afternoon game, a victroy over Fairbanks, and then the weather forced some days of school to be canceled.

But despite the change in routine, North Union did not miss a beat in the first quarter of last Friday’s home contest against Bemjamin Logan.

The Wildcats exploded for 34 points in opening stanza, their highest point total in any quarter this season, and finished with a 68-20 win over the Raiders.
