NU middle school earns wins against London

The North Union Middle School girls basketball team swept past London last Monday.

The seventh-grade team won 35-30 as Chloe McElory and Emmy Eastman led the Lady Cats with 13 and 11 points respectively.

Paced by 16 points from Glory Blevins, the eighth-grade team won 39-32. Reeslyn Riffle added 14 points for the Lady Cats.

The boys teams also played London and earned a split.

The seventh-grade team won 39-36 while the eighth-grade team lost 55-11.

Leading the Wildcats in the seventh-grade game was Hudson Bugg with 10 points.

Kaiden Dixon netted five points in the eighth-grade game.
