Lady Cats secure first place at Warrior DII Preview

The North Union girls bowling team found the right combinations on the alleys to earn a first-place finish on Saturday in the Worthington Christian Warrior D2 preview at HP Lanes in Columbus.

The Lady Cats totaled 3410 and finished 102 points in front of the second-place team.

Three girls finished in the top 10 individually, led by Lexi Bahan, who finished second with a three-game score of 578, Ryleight Rasey was seventh (543) and Montana Donohue was eighth (519).

Also participating in the tournament were Olyvia Frisco, Grace Landon, Emma McCaul and Alyssa Frisco.

“The girls put it all together and were on fire,” Head Coach Matt Donohue said.

The boys team finished 11th overall with a score of 2963.

Logan Otten led the Wildcats with a series of 545 for 18th place and Chase Copas was 29th with a score of 461.
