Lady Cats set school record

The North Union girls bowling set a school record but it was not enough as the Lady Cats lost 2297-2319 to Bellefontaine.

The overall score for a two-game, four baker game match broke the old record of 2266 set by last year’s team.

Lexi Bahan had a 231 game and 406 series to lead the team. Emma McCaul had a series of 352 and was followed by Montana Donohue (335) and Ryleigh Rasey (301). Bowling one game each were Grace Landon (131) and Olyvia Frisco (119).

The boys team lost 2077-2370.

Braden Rhodes finished with a 384 series, which included a 233 game. He was followed by Zach Howald (304), Wyatt Southward (286) and Logan Otten (268). Bowling one game each were Rhett Staley (120) and Owen O’Reilly (99).
