Lady Cats lean on veteran leadership heading into 2023 season

Coming off a second straight 20-win season and a berth in the Central District Division II district final, North Union will have a look of both veteran leadership and some untested newcomers.

The Lady Cats went undefeated in the Central Buckeye Conference’s Mad River Division (10-0) and finished the year with a 22-3 record.

“Ending with that record was amazing,” Head Coach Bre Jackson said. “We went unbeaten in the league and were the second seed in the tournament. Those are the things to take away from last season.”

Jackson is welcoming back a solid core of returnees.
