Sunday, Nov. 12

An officer responded to the 100 block of Beatty Avenue for a report of a theft.

Monday, Nov. 13

An officer responded to Richwood Park for a animal complaint.

An officer responded to the 600 block of North Franklin Street for a report of a hit skip vehicle crash. Upon arrival and further investigation, 55-year-old William Buchanan, of Richwood, was charged with OVI, failure to stop after an accident and failure to maintain control. Buchanan was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

An officer responded to the 200 block of West Ottawa Street for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and further investigation no charges were filed.
