Monday, Oct. 30

While on patrol at the Richwood Fairgrounds, an officer located an abandoned bicycle. The bicycle was brought to the police department.

While on patrol at Richwood Park, a village service worker found a backpack in a shelter and turned it over to the officer. The backpack was brought to the police department.

An officer responded to the 100 block of South Fulton Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and further investigation, no charges were filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

An officer responded to the 30 block of East Bomford Street for a report of suspicious circumstances.
