Sheriff’s Report

 

Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Northwestern Fire District, the Marysville Fire Department and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to Route 31 near Martin Welch Road for an injury crash involving a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a 2017 International Semi at 2:25 p.m. Oct. 14. The State Patrol investigated the crash.

Deputies investigated a property damage crash that occurred in the 20000 block of Cotton Slash Road involving a 2023 Hyundai Palisade that drove off the road and struck a mailbox at 5:26 p.m. Oct. 14.

A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Belinda L. Tonise, 24, of Rushsylvania, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:17 a.m. Oct. 15…
