A deputy was sent to a property in the 16000 block of Yoakum Road to investigate graffiti that was placed on a barn door at 3:04 p.m. July 23.

Steven E. Angel, 47, of Mount Victory was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension and tail lights on Cobblestone Way at 8:47 p.m. July 24.

A deputy met with a Marion Police Department officer to take custody of Richard A. Mayse, 43, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at midnight July 24. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy met with a resident from the 33000 block of Fields Road to investigated a custody dispute at 5:04 p.m. July 24.
