NU Shooting Club sees improvements in spring campaign, sends competitors to nationals shootout

In its second year as a club sport, the North Union Shooting Club saw improvements not only in its numbers, but overall competitors.

Throughout the state, two more teams were added to the Ohio High School Clay Target League increasing from a total of 22 to 24 teams from 2022.

The season came to a head this past weekend after the Wildcats competed in the Ohio High School Clay Target League State Tournament held at Blackwing Shooting Center located in neighboring Delaware.

The state meet started at 9 a.m. Saturday morning and concluded around 6 p.m. that evening.
