Hundreds pay respects at Memorial Day Parade
North and South Franklin Street was lined with people paying their respects during the annual Memorial Day Parade in Richwood. Several veterans walked the parade route and those unable to, were escorted on a traveling trailer driven by Jim Goodwin. The Boy Scout Troop 440 followed the veterans and the North Union High School marching band played patriotic tunes for the public. The entourage continued the ceremony at the Claibourne Cemetery and Price Cemetery after participating in earlier services at York Center. (photo by Sherryl Sheets)

Students work during Community Care Day
