Tom’s Dairy Bar, at 371 E. Blagrove Street in Richwood, has a new owner and a new name. Matt and Connie Haller, left, purchased the eatery March 6 from Annette and Tom Chapman, right. The Hallers will have the local dairy queen, “Coonies Cones & Cookin’” open Friday, March 27, and they invite the public to stop on out. Until the weather warms up, their hours will be Monday through Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday 1-8 p.m. A grand opening will be announced in a few weeks. (photo submitted)
